Our Projects

To organize and conduct the forum, a number of events were carried out:

• development of the event program and information support;
• provision of a venue for the event (conference room);
• organization of video conferencing and equipment for video conferencing;
• organization of coffee breaks;
• provision of handouts and presentation materials:
• preparation of presentation video materials on the progress of the implementation of the federal project 'Forest Conservation',
• preparation of a photo album dedicated to the implementation of the federal project 'Forest Conservation'.

Scope: production of various types of furniture (upholstered, cabinet, solid natural wood)

• On the basis of the export support center negotiations were held, as well as visits to Bryansk enterprises in order to familiarize the Mongolian delegation with local production sites.
• The parties substantively discussed the terms of cooperation and continue negotiations; two contracts are being prepared for the supply of furniture from Bryansk to Ulaanbaatar.

Scope: members of the Public Chamber of the Leningrad Region, municipal public chambers, public councils under the executive authorities of the Leningrad region

• As part of the event, we organized a b2b matchmaking session with potential partners from Kazakhstan. Each company held substantive negotiations, the parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation.
• The event was timed to coincide with the FoodExpo QAZAQSTAN 2023 exhibition, which also included B2B meetings.

Scope: production of various goods, construction, electricity, medicine, mechanical engineering, metalworking, logistics, shipping, security, light industry (production of clothing & workwear)

• 6 days of training in Turkey
• 6+ group meetings (OSTIM industrial park, MÜSIAD association, etc.)

• We arranged group and individual visits to enterprises in Ankara, Antalya and Istanbul to establish economic ties between Russia and Turkey.
• We held meetings with representatives of government organizations (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Council for Foreign Economic Relations of Turkey, Department of Culture and Tourism of Antalya Province, etc.).
• We conducted negotiations with commercial organizations.

Based on the results of the internship, agreements of intent were concluded, preliminary contracts were signed, modern production experience and features of intercultural communications were studied.

Scope: leading Moscow export-oriented companies in the industrial sector (production of optical fiber, railway automation systems, handling equipment, serial cables and special structures, etc.)

INNOPROM.Kazakhstan is a promising platform for the development of trade and economic relations, opening new markets, global exchange of experience, search for partners, customers and suppliers.

Moscow companies presented their products at the collective stand of ANO MOSPROM, which was organized with the support of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the city of Moscow.

With the support of SL GROUP, Moscow companies held more than 130 B2B meetings with potential partners. A number of participants are working out the details of future export contracts.

Scope: products & services for construction (pine & spruce lumber, geosynthetic materials, wood chip pallets, spring assembly, fiberboard, construction of log houses, etc.)

• Foreign companies from the cities of Dubai (UAE) and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) visited Syktyvkar to get acquainted with the timber industry enterprises of the region and visit their production facilities.
• Each company held substantive negotiations. The parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation. In total, more than 50 B2B meetings were held for 13 Russian companies.

Scope: distribution of Italian coffee, manufacture of Florentine mosaics, luxury face and body skincare products

• Each company held substantive negotiations. The parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation. In total, 27 B2B meetings were held for 3 Russian companies.
• As a result of negotiations after the event, the participant signed a contract with a Dubai company for the supply of Italian coffee to the UAE.

Scope: production of ice-cream, manufacture of EMS equipment, software development (network security, data solutions, cloud technologies).

• As part of the event, visits to the enterprises of potential partners in the UAE were organized for Russian participants.
• Each company held substantive negotiations. The parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation.
• In total, 20 B2B meetings were held for 4 Russian companies.

Scope: production of synthetic zeolites, adsorbents and catalysts

As part of organizing the participation of the Yaroslavl company in the exhibition, the following types of work were performed:

• provision of exhibition space for rent and payment of registration fee;
• construction of an individual exhibition stand and rental of additional equipment;
• organizing visits to events in accordance with the exhibition participation program;
• organization of B2B negotiations;
• organization of translation support, etc.

The products of 'Real Sorb' company have aroused interest among more than 30 foreign contractors, with whom discussions on possible cooperation are currently ongoing.

Scope: production of beverages, dietary supplements, cable systems and children's toys.

• As part of the event, visits to the enterprises of potential partners in Belarus were organized for Russian participants.
• Each company held substantive negotiations. The parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation.
• In total, 34 B2B meetings were held for 4 Russian companies.

Scope: production of glass for greenhouses, roofing materials, security systems, high-strength fasteners, ventilation systems, household chemicals, etc.

Business travel of Ryazan Region government delegation headed by the region governor to the city of Almaty, the Republic of Kazakhstan:

• 17 participating companies,
• Substantive negotiations with representatives of government and business circles of Kazakhstan,
• The event is timed to coincide with the 9th International Industrial Exhibition EXPO Russia-Kazakhstan 2021,
• On the 1st day, an export contract was signed for the supply of building materials to Kazakhstan.

Scope: PAO Severstal is a vertically integrated steel and steel-related mining company with major assets in Russia and investments in other regions.

The following goals were achieved:

Contacts have been established with consulting companies to attract to projects:

• the level of expertise in the areas of interest was determined,
• best practices were studied on specific cases with the possibility of organizing reference visits.

The innovative infrastructure of technoparks in India has been studied:

• the best practices of accelerators working with startups and innovations studied,
• contacts with the expert network of innovation infrastructure established,
• access to interesting startups gained.

Scope: chain of coffee houses, intellectual centers for children, sports and recreation complexes, food manufacture (bakery products, semi-finished products, eggs and poultry meat)

• B2B matchmaking sessions between Russian and Vietnamese companies were conducted in the cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
• A meeting with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Vietnam was held.
• The following organizations were visited: Business Center of the Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME).
• Vietnam Foodexpo 2022 exhibition site was visited.
• Sightseeing tours of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were conducted.

An outbound showroom is a unique format for an international exhibition and a new method for finding partners abroad

Scope: IT, children's products, light industry, medical products, food industry, instruments and equipment, construction materials, consumer goods, services

Solution:

• The site was visited by over 400 potential buyers. Industry interactives (business sessions, focus groups) were also arranged
• Some participants signed foreign trade contracts to supply to Kyrgyzstan the following products and services: commercial fishing gear (~6,000 USD), logistics services (~10,000 USD), glass products (~880,000 USD)

Scope: tourist services, food and beverage production

Participation of travel agencies and the Ministry of Tourism of the Tver Region in Chengdu International Tourism Expo (CITE) 2019:

• a collective booth of the region was constructed;
• the Ministry held negotiations with representatives of a number of state-owned companies and associations from China;
• B2B meetings with the Departments of Tourism of Sichuan Province, Chengdu and Qingdao, as well as with Chinese travel companies and associations were held.

Scope: production of robotics and autonomous control systems, production of roof drainage and ventilation systems, distribution of office supplies

• Business travel of export-oriented enterprises and the Government of the Ryazan Region to the city of Dubai was organized.
• Each company held substantive negotiations. The parties agreed to exchange additional materials and continue discussing cooperation.
• In addition, as part of the negotiations, a preliminary agreement on cooperation was concluded between the Ryazan manufacturer of robotics and a large importing company from the UAE.

Scope: production of cat litter, processing of birch fungus (chaga), tourist services

• The delegates established a large number of contacts. Potential partners showed particular interest in chaga as a medical raw material, as well as in the prospects for organizing joint tours to the Vologda region.
• The head of the region governmental structure discussed the prospects for cooperation in the development of the agro-industrial complex of Vologda region.
• As part of the event, 3 agreements of intent were signed.

Scope: production of confectionery, flax products, fruit and vegetable snacks, alcoholic beverages, kelp chips

• During the exhibition, all exhibitors held constructive negotiations with partners from China (distributors, manufacturers, retail chains) found by us in advance. The parties agreed to prepare samples for further cooperation.
• A presentation of the products of Tver enterprises was held for experts from the Association of Imported Food Products of Guangdong Province.
• The results showed that there is high demand in the Chinese market for Russian consumer goods, especially eco-products.

Scope: production of honey, soybean oil, soft drinks, water purifiers; processing of birch fungus (chaga); tourist services

Participation of Khabarovsk enterprises in VI Russian-Chinese EXPO:

• The booth attracted the attention of many visitors: representatives of manufacturing and trading companies, as well as ordinary consumers. Visitors showed great interest in the products presented, carefully studied promotional materials and tasted food products.
• All exhibitors held constructive negotiations with partners from China. As a result, agreements were reached on further cooperation, several protocols of intent were signed with Chinese distributors, and one of the participants was awarded a certificate as a business mentor for Heilongjiang Province.
